Pregnancy is a time of great change and yoga is a wonderful way to explore them. People often find their first experience with yoga is pregnancy and this is open to beginners to more experiecined Yoginis. Through gentle, slow movement, breathing (pranayama), mindfulness, meditation and most importantly relaxation, we spend an hour listening to our body, mind, heart. This class is a way to connect with like-minded Mums and to maybe find the support of a tribe, when you need it most.
