Mum & Baby Yoga

Warmly welcome all mothers and babies from 6 weeks to crawling. This is a safe space, without the demands of a daily household, to transition into your "fourth trimester." It is a baby-led leisurely hour with like-minded Mums to rest, rejuvenate and reflect together on the adventure that truly is motherhood. We usually have an opportunity to share our experiences in an open, non-judgmental way, bond with your baby through yoga and meditation, have to time to listen to our bodies through movement and song to help us find our voice to be heard as mothers. There is time to connect and then enter the world at your own pace.
