Mum & Baby Yoga

This class provides a gentle transition for new mums and their new born baby to re-enter a busy, modern life in a more calm way. The class is approx half hour long where we listen to our post natal bodies and spend time bonding with our babies. It includes yoga, meditation and mindfulness as a way to reflect, provide support and guidance through shared experience. Open to babies 6 weeks old to moving independently. There is time to leisurely move at ones own pace at the end of the class.
