An hour of yoga and relaxation where we practise breathing techniques and postures that can assist during labour, c-section prep and beyond. It is an opportunity to practice regular self-care and meet like-minded other Mum's. Over the past two years I receive consistent feedback from Mums that they found pregnancy yoga one of the most beneficial ways to help prepare for giving birth.
