Grow with the Flow: Spring Equinox Weekend Retreat

Spring Equinox is a time to awaken the body, mind and spirit in this season of growth. Starsparks weekend retreats offer unique, empowering and inspiring opportunities to really deepen your connection with yourself through nature, yoga, meditation, mindfulness and creativity. On Friday check in is available from 3pm. Or you may want to start the day earlier and come to the Lodge for a holistic treatment. We meet over tea and cake at 4 pm overlooking the Loch. All activities are optional as this is your time. We finish at 11 am on Sunday. All yoga, accommodation, meals and activities are included. Retreat exchange is £295 based on twin share. A non-refundable deposit £50 to secure a place with full remaining payment due 1 March £245. Single share available at an additional cost of £100.
